Privacy
There's no Marbly account and no Marbly server storing your reminders. This page lists what the app uses and where that data goes.

What stays on your iPhone
Your reminders, places, the jar and Marbly's history of what happened are stored on your device.
If iCloud is on, reminders and places are also kept in your own private iCloud database, so they're the same on your devices. That's Apple's storage under your Apple Account; we can't see or read it.
Your voice
When you speak, your words are turned into text on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device speech recognition. Audio is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. Understanding the sentence also happens on your iPhone, with Marbly's own rules or Apple Intelligence's on-device model.
Location
Marbly asks iOS to watch the places you save, so it knows when you arrive or leave. iOS tells Marbly only that a crossing happened. Marbly keeps whether you're inside each place, and never a history of where you've been.
If you turn on “Find Home and Work”, Marbly learns them from where you spend nights and workdays, on your iPhone, and keeps only the places it finds.
When you search for a place, or Marbly looks for the nearest place of a kind (“any pharmacy”), the search goes to Apple Maps, under Apple's privacy policy.
Calendar, Health and the rest
Calendar: Marbly reads when your events start and end, to remind you before or after them. It doesn't change or copy your events.
Health: Marbly reads only that a workout ended, to remind you after it. It reads nothing else, writes nothing, and Health data is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.
Shortcuts: moments like getting in the car or waking up come from automations you set up in Apple's Shortcuts app. They tell Marbly only that the moment happened.
Each of these is optional and only asked for when a reminder needs it. You can turn any of them off in Settings.
Purchases
Marbly Pro is bought through the App Store. To know whether you have it, Marbly uses RevenueCat, which sees your purchase history under a random ID that isn't linked to your name, email or Apple Account. We never see your payment details.
What we don't do
No ads. No analytics or tracking SDKs. No selling or sharing of data. No profiles. Marbly doesn't track you across apps or websites.
Deleting your data
Settings › Delete all data removes everything from your iPhone and your iCloud. Deleting the app removes what's on the device; to also clear iCloud, use that button first, or remove Marbly's data in your iPhone's iCloud settings.
Children
Marbly isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect anything from them.
